Vietnamese fried fish with tomato sauce (Cá chiên sốt cà)

♥ Ingredients:
(2-4 portions)

2 slices of fried halibut (or king mackerel, pomfret, etc.) (Watch my previous video to learn how to fry a fish: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VA1TA...)

Tomato sauce:
4 roma tomatoes
2 shallots, peeled, chopped
2 garlic cloves, peeled, chopped
A pinch of salt
Fish sauce (to taste)
1 tbsp Canola oil
2 tbsp green onion, chopped
Cilantro for garnish

(2-4 phần ăn)

2 lát cá lưỡi trâu chiên giòn (hoặc cá thu, cá chim,..v.v...) (Xem video cách chiên cá giòn: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VA1TA...)

Sốt cà chua:
4 trái cà chua
2 củ hành ta, lột vỏ, cắt nhỏ
2 tép tỏi, , lột vỏ, cắt nhỏ
Tí xíu muối
Nước mắm
Dầu
2 muỗng canh hành lá cắt thô
Ngò (rau mùi) trang trí
